These terms apply when you use Stampbill at stampbill.com, operated by Individual Entrepreneur Viktoriia Yatsiuk (“we”). By using the site you agree to them.
The service
Stampbill is a free online tool for creating invoices and downloading them as PDF, PNG or JSON. No account is needed. Invoices are stored only in your browser, as described in the privacy policy. We may change or stop the service or any part of it at any time.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your documents: that the details are correct and that they meet the tax, accounting and legal rules that apply to you. Stampbill is not tax, legal or accounting advice.
- Check every document before you send it, including totals, tax rates, exchange rates and payment details.
- Keep backups of your invoices. Data stored in your browser can be lost.
- Don’t use Stampbill for fraud, misleading documents or anything unlawful, and don’t try to disrupt or attack the site.
Content
Your invoices and logos belong to you. You may use the documents you create for any purpose. The Stampbill name, website and software belong to us.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of Stampbill, including lost data, lost profits or errors in documents. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
